I just bought this computer, and i’m wondering if its sufficient for extreme gaming at high settings, like for playing “Crysis” at full settings?

No. You need a better video card.
8800gt a good starting point for a game like crysis
If you want an ‘extreme gaming’ machine then get one with SLI (two video cards working together) and put two high-end graphics cards on board. This is what will give you the frame rates. If you are on a tight budget, prioritise the video card (s) over the other specs on the machine.
